Which WSO product actually made you money?

Truth is that you can finds lots of WSO's from respectable marketers that will make you literally a ton of money. You could also find a lot of crappy WSO's.

But you know what?It doesn't matter at all.If you don't take any ACTION and follow the instructions given, you will NEVER make any money online, even if i point to you a WSO that others have made millions of it!

Don't look for the best WSO out there. look for a respectful marketer, that has ACTUALLY made money online and follow his/her lead.

The most important thing is taking action!

I plan to take action and follow the footsteps of a successful IM'er though I can't really say what my niche would be, I'd like to hear what you successful IM'er's actually do and see what the IM world has to offer in regards to making money online!

A good WSO will make a crap marketer... nothing.

A crap WSO can make a good marketer a lot of money.

It has a lot more to do with the person buying the WSO than the WSO itself.

There are plenty of WSO's that if applied correctly and the necessary amount of work is put in, have the ability to make you some great money. But why do you think there are still the same old people buying WSO's day after day? They don't really want to put in any work. They are more interested in the dream than the reality.

I agree with all of the above. Most WSOs will make you money if applied diligently - more about you than the WSOs themselves.

Choose an area of IM you're passionate about, find a WSO in that area with great reviews, and follow it (without investing in more WSOs!) until you see success.

I try to imagine the good WSO's out there like ropes that if I pull on will lead me to a pot of gold. The problem so many people have is trying to pull to many ropes at once, and in the process they get stuck. You need to find one area to focus on, and stick with it until your earning a respectable income.

It's also hard to recommend one without any knowledge of your budget, interests, etc...

There are so many WSO's out there, and someone could have the exact steps laid out in front of them to make that money, but if they don't do anything about it, money won't come.

I'm tired of seeing people want everything instantly in life, whether it be making money online or having a meal right now when you've just ordered it. And the truth is, when you do get things in next to not time at all, they usually don't last, or they aren't that great for you, for example, McDonald's, you get it almost instantly and it's a pile of rubbish. Make money in two seconds, the likelihood is, that money isn't going to keep coming in month after month.

This isn't a rant at anyone in this thread lol, but it had to come out..!

Anyway, Miraclem, I suggest you get into a coaching program or get a mentor through a WSO. Go with someone who has proven results, and a good following. Follow what they say to a T, and you should be fine.

A few Amazon related WSOs here are gems. Still required a lot of action after buying, but nevertheless it paid off more than 1000x the price of the WSO. A good WSO doesn't make you money magically. You still need to learn and take action.

You, guys, have such a narrow imagination... one of the big success stories a few years ago was about two guys having a web site that was selling bird cages - and it was sold for almost 200K. And then they made another big pile of cash selling the "blueprint" of how they did it.

Affiliate marketing in just about every niche imaginable. And then there are many methods of doing that.

You can build a list.

Market CPA offers.

Build and rent websites.

Build and flip websites.

Create your own ebooks, videos, software or training and sell it.

Create a paid membership site.

The list goes on and on and on.

I've had a lot of success using strategies within many WSO's, the thing is that many people will buy a WSO and never use it.

For me, my goal is to run a real internet business that helps people improve their lives - so when I look for a WSO I look for things like copywriting information, email marketing information, and anything else that actually helps me improve on the skills I need to succeed in my business.

Many of the WSO's being released are simply 'techniques' that you can use to make a quick buck... too many of them probably... and they aren't designed to help people build long-term success, rather fast money - it won't last.

So I truly believe that you have to first and foremost figure out what you want your online business to be for you... long-term or fly-by-night? Then figure out how to make it happen, then simply buy WSO's that will help you improve on your skills.

Let me give you an example of one I recently bought and why:

I want to use my own WSO's (the ones I release) as list-building tools for my business. If I'm going to do it though, I'm not just going to try it blindly and fail - NO! - I'm going to learn from the best of the best... so I purposely set out a few weeks back to find a WSO about 'how to launch a successful wso', and I came across Martin's "WSO Launch Code"... I didn't buy it cause the copy put me in a trance and my eyeballs were flashing dollar signs, but I bought it because I know he's successful and his product would show me how to do the same..

So buying a WSO should be to help you progress, not be a search for the 'magic bullet' to making money online.

Hope that helps - I realize I gave you more than you asked for, but I think this will help a few people put things into perspective!

Loved Paul's response - use it to build your bigger picture!

Being somewhat of a rabid WSO buyer myself I can certainly see where people will buy and never even attempt to implement the system, business idea, etc...or just give it a half assed attempt and then quit because it didn't live up to the fast money claims they bought into.

For me, the short attention span, and past history of getting off track with "shiny objects", I really need to have something laid out in a plan.

Lately, all my WSO purchases I look at from a cohesive perspective.
What can I use to work together for different business systems or niches to both bring money in quickly and build a the long term stable business that Paul mentions.
If I can not see a use for the info for my current business projects or it's just something I know I will have poor follow through with, I won't buy it.
I also consider the work load to actually take action on my current business projects and if I will even realistically be able to go through and implement the info ** and this is key to staying on task**and still be able to follow through and complete my current projects.

I want to add here: Do not buy anything you can not see using just because it looks like a good idea.
I recently saw a WSO come out about SEO and a software that did amazing things -ok it's probably great - I was telling myself - "ugh this looks boring - you know you would much rather pay someone to do it and they will most likely do a much better job!"
I've learned to pass on those WSO's.

This forum and particularly the WSO section are out of this world helpful. I mean, with a $10 WSO you can actually start making money and lots of it, with little to no investment, what else in real world can give you that??? Bus as many people already pointed out, the key and true challenge here here is to stay FOCUSED

BTW, I buy some WSOs even if I know I'll never use it, I just want to expand my knowledge to different areas of IM, and because I like to keep up with the new ideas and techniques.

I think if a WSO has one or two aha moments, that get me excited, that make me want to apply them immediately, then it's a good WSO. That, more than anything else, is what will make you money.

I'm going to have to agree with most of what everyone else said about it has a lot more to do with you than the WSO. I have bought many WSO's and made some $, but have only taken action on a small percentage of them.

BUT many of the WSOs I didn't take action on were great eye openers that gave me ideas on how to make $ some other way that wasn't even in the WSO.

If you look around, most people who are making good money online are those that stuck with it over a year and made little or no $ in the process.

I believe that it has a lot to do with building up experience from trying things and buying WSOs to see what others are doing and then adding your own 'style' to it.

I am at the one year mark and am starting to make decent $ but not consistently yet.

All I can say is keep going and don't give up! If you stick with it and treat it like a real business you will be successful!

Every single one of the WSO's you sell, and none of the ones you buy.

The only way to make money is to sell something.

Buying stuff is the exact opposite of what you want to do when trying to increase the amount of money in your wallet.

I am going to tell it to you straight

But first let me ask you a question. Do you want to make money or run a business? Make money equals gimmicks and tricks to make quick cash. A business requires thought and planning. Since you don't know what you want to sell yet means you don't have a business or a plan. My advice stay away from the wso's. Sorry but that's what I think. Here's why.

There's not a single wso in here that is going to make you rich by itself. I don't care what anyone says. Look at the wso's as just one piece of a big puzzle. Each will teach you one specific thing out of many things you need to learn. Add a few of them together to get a good puzzle. But before you start building that puzzle you need to know what the puzzle is. Don't start putting pieces together for a puzzle you don't know about. You'll end up wasting your time.

For example if you want to do local business consulting, then why buy a facebook wso. If you want to do affiliate marketing, then why buy a google places wso.

Your first step is to decide what you want to do and only buy what's going to help you get there. It won't happen overnight by the way.

So the question is what will you sell. My answer is look at what's already selling. Don't try to be cute and inventive. Find what's already selling and sell the same thing.

If you want to sell internet marketing products, then just look at the wso of the day section. That will tell you what people are buying. Secondly if you'd like to sell on the warrior forum...again look at the wso of the day section. These folks are selling like hot cakes on the warrior fourm. They can shortcut the process for you. Hire one of them to help you out. they've already proven they can make sales.

Make sure you look for the wso's that build your puzzle. My puzzle will be different from yours. I've found some really good wso's on here. You just have to know what you are looking for.
