Internet Marketing Strategies for Content farm ?

Hi guys,

Besides SEO, what strategies do content farm like Ezinearticles.com use to make their articles rank top?

    You mustn't be familiar with the events of the last twelve months. I suggest you do a search on the Google, "Google farma update," and the, "Google Panda update." These updates targetted content farms like EZA.

    Ezine articles lost something in the area of 90% of their articles rankings (Reportedly). I havn't seen any EZA articles rank in the search results for anything in quite a long time.

    What I'm trying to say is, don't waste your time trying to set up a content farm.

    As for your question about their SEO strategy, they didn't do anything, the authors of the articles on their site would go out and build all kinds of backlinks(spam blog comments, social book marking, forum profile links and so on...) to their articles, helping EZA to rank higher, including their article.

    Thank you for the response Chris. I do know about the Google update highly affect content farm's articles rankings, and ezinearticles requires higher article standards.

    However, because my company is insisted on building a site like that, so I'm curious about their strategies. Any suggestion ?

    The fact is, they've somewhat changed their editorial guidelines and now accept only high quality articles. Used to a bunch of plr all over.
