Ring binder type Ebook cover templates?

Hi Troops

Normally, I will hapily pay for ebook covers, as I often want a good design for the front cover. However, it can be a bit of a pain when you just want to create an ebook cover for a small report or giveaway...

.....does anybody know where I can get hold of the templates that create the 3d ring binder reoprt covers? DO I have to pay for them or are there any decent free options??
