Does anyone have a good system for Hootsuite bulk upload?

I'm trying to do a bulk upload for hootsuite, but I'm finding it format difficult. I can copy and paste my messages in (which I'd need to write out in advance), but then they need to be in the proper format.

I can't see doing all this by hand for a csv file, does anyone have a particular system they use for this?

    Hi Schmerns, I use Hootsuite for tweeting inspirational quotes around 30 times day 24/7 @thequote and I suggest creating a three column spreadsheet.

    First column is the date in the format "dd/mm/yyyy 00:00".
    Second column is the text including any hashtags and mentions.
    Third column is a link (if applicable).

    The date format may be different depending on your account settings. I also populate the date and time by typing in the first two, selecting them in a spreadsheet and grab the bottom-right corner of the two cells, then drag down to fill the cells with subsequent times.

    I've not tried the following myself yet, but you may find some success at hootsuitebulkupload dot com
