I have Googled this and watched youtube videos but they don't help as I keep coming up to this and it does not help:

I have clicked on the appropriate organization but then have NO idea what to do .. any suggestions?

I have been doing that and then I fill out a captcha and nothing ... am I missing something here? What should I be seeing after I fill in the captcha?
