Makes Me Laugh namecheap is Having Technical Problems!

So I tried registering a new domain and it tells me "sorry for the inconvenience we are having technical problems". I talked to customer service and they tell me it will be up in 20 mins. I have an hour left my time for the $1.99 domain.

They had so many people buy domains at that price now they have an excuse!

    NameCheap are normally very good. I have been purchasing more and more domains from them over the past months, due to their competitive prices and good service.

    If I were you, I would make a record of your problems and when and who you spoke with. If the situation does not resolve itself, then contact them again and ask them to honour the original price; as it was not you but their technical problems that caused the issue.
