Ideas for logo design website

Hi
I just bought a domain to promote my business of logo design. My market is within my country. I would like to know which cms would be most appropriate for this purpose. I prefer a cms because I intend to start off as soon as possible.
I would also like to know how effectively I can promote my website.

    Promoting on forums is definitely a good idea. Make sure you put the link to your website in your signature, like I have done with mine.

    Do your fellow country folk hang out at any particular forums? If not, it might be a good idea to start a forum just for them. You'd be a minor hero and have a perfect promotion vehicle for your design services.

    Joomla and Wordpress are the most popular CMS out there. I prefer using WP, as most of the marketers..

    The reason is that it is really easy to set up one, there is a plugin for every job and it is really easy to ad or remove content,pages,photos etc
