Show Off Your Most Proftable Site

So I started my very first site three weeks ago, officially launched it last week. I love the topic and the word I am doing to support the site I would be doing in preparation for the upcoming baseball season.

But, I'm not sure if I am on the right track. I need to see what a profitable IM site looks like so I know what I have to change (or not change).

The ultimate goal is be an IM for a living. I have no problem putting in the hard work, just want more control over my work situation. I would love to pull in between 75-100K per year at this but I am currently taking baby steps.

Can anyone show me an example of a site that was financially beneficial?

I'd be interested to see how many people take you up on your request, publicly.

Unfortunately, the IM world is full of people looking to rip off other people's ideas and perform other dastardly deeds. As a result people are usually pretty vague about providing examples.

If you want, head over to clickbank and view a product that's selling well. Check out their copy and sales funnel, that may help you. Plus by viewing the sites on clickbank you'll know for certain if the product is selling by looking at the stats.

I agree that most people won't show off their biggest earners since they can reverse engineer them.

Figure out what you're good at and then find an IM area that fits your skills. Then learn as much as you can about <<Insert the IM Area>>... (article marketing, adsense, CPA, etc), without going to the next thing.

There are quite a few shepherds around here but most of them charge

As I mentioned earlier, check out clickbank. You'll see hundreds of sites from dozens of niches. Also you'll know for certain if it's making sales or not.

Warrior Forum has an alexa ranking of 146. If this sub section receives even 10% of the total traffic disclosing your successful site here would be a suicide.

I can tell you my best performing niche is traveling. But I won't disclose the methods/systems I use. You see, IM is an "out of the box" territory, and most people strick themselves with affiliates, Adsense, Clickbank... but in reality there is a brave world out there.

    Just sayin.

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

I'd love to show off my site, but I simply can't! If my competition did a search on my name and found out my secrets I'd be upset.

Check out some of the "celebrity" bloggers, Pat Flynn did a public niche site experiment and pulls in like 3k a month or something from the site just from adsense. Check it out!

I'm thrilled I almost made someone choke on their coffee. At least it demonstrates that my writing ability can provide a headline that makes me take notice. I got more feedback on this thread than any of my others.

And I did not expect everyone to start displaying their secrets, I was more curious about the reactions of such a request and what I could glean from them.

    Here is what I discovered:
    - Find a niche (which I knew)
    - Travel is very profitable (good to know, I like to travel)
    - Think outside the box (great advice, I may be following the plan too much).
    - Everyone is paranoid about their ideas getting stolen
    - Many think I am some sneaky IM expert looking to copy their source income (thanks for the compliment. I would love to tell you I'm some shady six-figure marketing guru out to swipe ideas. Sadly, no).

Just pick a niche and Google the most relevant keywords. The sites in the top spots are more than likely the big money earners.

A lot of people won't reveal their sites for reasons other than fears of 'reverse engineering'

I mean if a rival in the same niche as them can't find their sites quickly and easily... well they'd probably want to think twice about reverse engineering them if they ever do find them.

    I love this signature.

As far as the thread... You will be surprised on how many successful sites you will find looking at some of the warriors signature boxes. I am not going to name any people but I saw a couple of successful sites in the signatures from this thread.

Like many have already said, Why would anyone give up their biggest earners?

Just look at Pat from SmartPassiveIncome()com.. he made his very successful security guard training website public and TONS of people were copying his site word for word.

Giving up your biggest earner will cause you to have headaches for days because you will just be stressing over new competition.
