Creating Blog Posts

I've been messing around with a simple blog with a clickbank product and I've pretty much made a blog post on just about everything that has to do with the niche. So, I'm wondering what I should do now. Should I come up with better keyword titles and just rehash the content (it's all original). I don't want to scare away recurring traffic simple because I am taking the same content and just rewording it with better titles. I know in the past that the best way to get search engine results quickly is to provide unique content frequently. Has anyone experienced this?

    Limit your amounts of posts to around 1 per week, recurring traffic is FAR less than new traffic so any info on your site is going to be new to the 99% of your traffic (the newcomers).

    Spacing out your posts will allow you to be more creative as well. If you don't like doing just one post, try three, see what works best!

    Even without knowing your niche, I seriously doubt that you've written all there is to be written. .

    If you're not feeling inspired daily/weekly, I agree that you should decrease your posting frequency. Also check out books and magazines related to your niche and you should find all the inspiration you need.

    When in doubt, a '3-Simple Ways to Stop [fill in problem here]' post always works in a pinch.

    It is okay to post article daily in your blog if your blog/site is new. But if it runs over 4-6 months, i guess you have to limit your post to twice a week.

    I try and post twice per week but saying that I have a few blogs that I havent bothered posting to for a few months and they still bring me sales
