if you had to fill a 500 space webinar by Monday...

Hey,

I have a webinar on Monday which I am looking to fill which will be based in the UK at 8pm time and wondered, if you had no resources financially and had already put the webinar out to your list previously, what you would do to fill it?

Would be great to get some ideas!

    First I'd probably look at why no one from the list had joined. Is the content looking interesting enough? I'd probably expect at least one person from an interested list to commit to watching - is it free?

      Hi we did get attendees on the last 80 out of 200 registers, so just looking to repeat with different partners.

    I'd try and get some friends to blast their lists ASAP. You will probably not get that many in your first webinar. My first webinar had around 150 people so if you can get 500 you are really crushing it.

    But keep in mind, anyone that joins a webinar is really likely to buy, so I would focus more on hitting a realistic number like 100 then selling hard with great content on the back end as soon as the session is concluded.

    How many times have you contacted your list? You will find that re-sending the e-mail to your list will help. However, make sure it is rewritten with a different Subject line to help increase your opening rate. Also I would provide them with a free bonus for signing up but make it related to your webinar.

    Make contact with other folks who you know that have a related list. Offer to send your list their next offer, especially if it is something your list can benefit from. You might want to have an e-Mail ready to send out to their list, since their is a limited time for them to get something ready to send out.

    You either get a JV to send it out to their list.

    Or you send it to your list again, this time offering a free product giveaway for only those that attend live.

    Also, we have found that if you provide a live Q & A session after your pitch. Not only will more people stay on the line through your pitch, but more people tend to buy as well.

    thanks we did our first webinar and had 200 register, 80 show up and 7 buy a product which was either £149 / £197 which is around $250-$290. So our attendee value was $22.50. So we're looking now to do more but just trying to get as many JVs sorted. We have a lot of credibilty here in the UK as my colleague is a health expert for This Morning and a celebrity trainer. Exciting times ahead but just wondering the best way forward.
