Need help with offline clients

As you can see I'm fairly new to WF and trying to not get overwhelmed
Because of this I have not been active on here since joining and hope to be better at that.
For now, I have a rather pressing question that I thought I could put out here. I'm looking into servicing offline local businesses and global businesses looking to generate more leads to their website. My specialty is Facebook but I would like to offer other services as well such as website design, seo etc. My question is two part 1. I don't really know what services would be best to offer? 2. I'm looking to outsource those services.
Can anyone give me any direction on what services I should offer that would best generate traffic and leads and how to best go about outsourcing this?

    1. This should probably go in the offline section, Offline Marketing Discussions
    2. It really depends on what the business is you are going after. For example some businesses need a website in general, some need sms marketing, etc.

    You can either look for leads based if they have a website, or a mobile website or, sms marketing or, whatever.

    Or

    You can find all businesses, and look at each business and determine what services they could benefit from the most and then contact them leading with that service.

    Anything can be outsourced so thats not really a problem. The best way to go about outsourcing is to either find providers, for seo, or whatever you want to offer, and base your rate for everything around the providers rate.
