best email marketing product

I am looking for the best email marketing option. I think constant contact sucks, and looks like 1999 marketing templates. i recently found streamsend, from another email I got from someone.

we are in real estate and are looking for something that has easy click and drag, great modern looking templates, ability to track clicks and opens, etc.

any info appreciated, thanks.

    I don't do e-mail marketing, but I believe most people in IM like to use aweber email marketing. They have a $1 trial, so may give it a shot.

    In my business and that of my clients I have used pretty much all autoresponders. Aweber is hands down the best.

    Infusion soft is great if your doing a lot of list segmentation, online/offline follow up but they don't have as good deliver ability rates as aweber does and their in house emailing rules suck.
