Is there a way to schedule a WSO?

First of all, don't make the mistake of thinking your WSO will go live as soon as you submit it. You should submit it for approval about 24 hours before you want to launch it. You will then receive a PM from admin a few hours later with a link to pay and as soon as you pay your $40 fee, it goes LIVE.

There is no way to automate this process. If it means so much then just stay up and do it or launch at a different time. I really don't think it's of HUGE importance personally. Some people place too much emphasis on launch times and I don't think they are as important as people make out. If your product is good, it will sell. If it's not, then it won't.

I understand you might want to launch it when there are more people on the forum but think about it for a second. There are probably going to be more people launching their WSO in the busier times as well so you don't necessarily get more traffic because your WSO moves down the page much faster than if you were to launch in a quieter time.

My advice, just launch the thing when it's ready. The more you plan these types of things the less likely it is they turn out as you expected.

When you click Submit Thread you need to wait until the moderators approved your WSO and you will get a PM from them that will allow you to purchase and when the purchase has done your WSO goes LIVE.

In my experience you just need a couple hours even less than an hour to get approved.

Also you can just setup your listing on WSO Pro and then when your WSO is approved by the moderators you need to add your WSO thread on the WSO Pro so it will integrate.

So..

Day 1 - Create the sales copy, submit it & Setup WSO Pro Listing.
Day 2 - (If your thread has approved) Integrate your WSO to WSO Pro then Pay for the thread.
