Need your advice on next project, please.

INTERNET MARKETING

I live in an apartment complex with 550 units.

I approached the manager about door hangers to market affiliate and cpa offers to the tenants.

The manager said to go for it and I have her official blessing to do so.

What offer would you put on the door hanger?

I've considered a Netflix affliate offer and even some cpa offers for free Wal-Mart carts. I'm not to keen on the idea of the cpa offers, so I'm looking for something else.

I'll set up the copy on the door hangers as a 'special offer for tenants only' to give the impression that the offer is exclusive.

What suggestions do you have by way of offers? What would you do with this opportunity to make some extra cash?

Well what type of area do you live in? What stores are nearby? Do you see a need for people in your area?

  Yeah further to that one, make sure your target demographic is right for the building.
  
  Remember with CPA offers make sure you would be willing to do it if you were giving "special offer" in your building.
  
  Thats a pretty good building to live in I would say if you have 550 people to market to!
