    Great video and speech. I was following the guy speaking on youtube about a year before he got "youtube" famous. I haven't listened to him in awhile, but I remember you can search "hip hop preacher" on youtube and a bunch of his videos come up. Real motivating stuff.

    - dream of it, believe it
    - create a strong desire, tell yourself how much you want it
    - take action
    - your dream come true

    one more tip from my experience:
    the world greatest shortcut is "do not go for shortcut"
