    This project is a great candidate for outsourcing.

    Just post a project on Odesk listing the page you'd like to use as reference, along with any specific changes you want with your product. You should be able to have a project like this completed for $50-$100. Just make sure to look through the candidate's portfolio to make sure that they've done comparable work in the past.

    As for Amazon Affiliates, they are typically very easy to approve, as long as you don't give them a very clear reason to reject you (which was the situation here with using a trademarked brand-name you don't own in your domain). Just submit one of your regular blogs, or if you don't have one, start a generic blog (eg, bestbaseheadphones.com) add a few original articles and submit it in your application & you should have no problems getting approved.
