This annoys me about some CB vendors

I really can't stand it when some vendors think that their product is good enough to charge a customer a monthly fee.

I'm referring to vendors who create a "thin" product and then try to charge a customer over and over again for something that they paid for already, without receiving a growing benefit.

As a result, a refund is a no brainer. I'm talking about charging someone monthly for a product that isn't worth more than one payment.

So, I'm sorry, but a piece of software that takes care of a problem that one and only time for a customer should not be a recurring charge, because there is no long term benefit, or monthly benefit for the customer.

I think this is one of many practices that damages the ClickBank marketplace and the reputation of affiliates (and vendors).

I agree with you and see what you're saying. But I've seen courses where vendors charge more than $197 a month yet the content they offer is no where worth that much.

You have to remember these vendors also have a huge refund rates and cancellation rates.

This is a natural circle, but then again you just wonder. Why not create more value with another product and sell to your customers who bought from you before and are satisfied? You can be sure of one thing though, these sort of CB vendors have nothing of value to offer.

No wonder the 'huge refund rates...'

There are lots of CB merchants with a high opinion of their product. It's a relief when you find one that charges like $10 per month for access to their site, which is chock full of content. Avoid those high charging merchants. I recently found one that charged $147 per month, for something that I could buy two products to accomplish at $47 per.

You have to pick who you choose to do business with. Some vendors and products are good, and some are unreasonable. Roll with the punches and continue to profit else where in your affiliate marketing efforts.

I would think that good software that continuously needs updating is well with in its rights to charge a monthly fee.

yeah, I've seen a vendor selling a dubious software on self improvement and charged it for $97 while the same softwares are available a lot for free. the funny thing is Bob Proctor (The Secret guru) charged his jam-packed product for the same $97 one time fee. Who would you prefer to promote? I'll pick the second one with no doubt
