The Multi Million Dollor Idea - (Funny Idea Though)

Hi Guys.

This just bumped into me. I have been thinking of trying out Website Flipping seriously. I will be doing that after my exams which will end this month.

My target is $12500 in 3 months. That would be $200 per site which will allow me to Flip 50 sites in 90 Days ... dont know if I can make it. Anyway....

Once I have 12500$, I will hire 10 VA from Philippians. I think its $250 per month, there for $250 x 10 = $2500.

I will tell them to make a website every day. That would be 10 sites a day. I will be selling each site for $200. That would be $2000 daily, 60000$ Monthly and 720000$ Yearly hehe.

Then, I will increase staff on and on... until I reach 100 staff .

That would be 100 sites a day = $200 x 100 = $20000 a Day, 600000$ A month and 7200000$ a year.

Now, I am from India so if you convert that amount into Indian Rupees, 10 Lakhs a Day, 2 Core a Month and 36 Core a Year ... LOL.

What do You Think? Am I Crazy? Or is this Possible? I am going for it ... Whatever be the result.

    Is it possible? Yes it is.

    Is it easy? Absolutely not.

    Will everything work out as planned? Ummm...Not exactly. Why? let me break it down a bit -

    - How do you know you'd get high quality va's at $250 a month?
    - How do you know they would be able to create 10 high quality websites a day?
    - How do you know all your websites will be sold on flippa? What if they don't then what? How will you cover up those losses?
    - How do you know these virtual assistants will not require any supervision every single day?
    - What's your plan B if things don't work out as planned?

    Always have a backup strategy in mind otherwise you might end up losing money instead of making it.

      Ya, Your questions does make sense . I will not start with 10 at a go. I will start with One. I will then check his performance and so. I know where to get quality VA's for $250 and thats not a problem.

    I don't think you can sell off new, 1 day-old
    sites without any income or SERP rankings
    for $200 a piece. Even if you can, you can't
    sell 10 of those each day.

    Also, you only accounted for the VA payments.
    Don't forget the Flippa fee, domain registrations,
    hosting expenses etc.

    Yes, but still... One can profit.

    You can sell new sites for that price. There was a wso on that I use it. Maximum domain + hosting + flippa = 35$. A site= $250.

    It could work if you develop a unique script and install it on multiple domains. Once you develop these sites sell them on my site it's free

    There is a little problem with this, which is... sites sell based on the income they are generating. Let's say it costs you $30 to create a site ($10 domain and $20 for VA's work). With no income, this site can be sold for ~$50.
    If you are a good manager and can really manage 10 VAs, that's still $200 per day profit, not bad!
    Set realistic goals. You will then be very excited when you reach them!
