Can I include a link to my blog in a war room WSO?

I was told that there was no self promotion allowed in the unpaid forums. Does this include the one-time paid forum (i.e. the war room)? I want to create a free report, and wordpress lets me upload PDFs to my site, so it seems like a good idea to just put the file on my wordpress blog and then create the thread in the war room.

If a mod could comment on this I would be very grateful.

    A paid forum means you pay for advertising. You are not paying for advertising when you join the War Room and self promoting there is not allowed.

        I'll answer anyway ... No, you can't. Remember, members are moderators so any attempt at self promotion is going to be met with members reporting your post to the mods. A pdf in the War Room can be submitted and if the mods think your post and pdf are valuable, they will post it.
