ATTN: Newbies Seeking Advice!
It seems like week after week there is always new threads from newbies seeking advice. Nothing wrong with that, we've all been there but week after week the right answers are all virtually the same.
So here's a suggestion, before you post a thread asking for advice on "best way to get started" all you have to do is perform a Search in this thread. Then simply read all the posts.

All the answers you're looking for are there. My advice is to try the most common methods suggested and make your first $1 with what has already proven to work then simply grow it from there.
