Default Giveaway events ....

Hey Warriors

So I just got started in my first ever giveaway event today

Submitted my product and promoted to my list as well as posted on my blog about it as a condition of joining the event was to promote it.

I have heard from many successful online marketers that list building with these events is very good !!

Just wondered if anyone had experience with them and what your results / thoughts have been

Dean

I have found they used to be great. I'd often get over 100 subscribers in a short period from them. They aren't the best subscribers in the world but I'd still rather have them than not.

Recently, there have been so many giveaways that fewer people join them and fewer people promote them.

The first giveaway events were run by high profile marketers who had a big list in the first place, but now they're often run by "small time" marketers who don't have a list of their own yet and they find it a lot harder to get high profile contributors meaning the giveaway isn't usually as successful.

Im currently in the middle of a new giveaways on my site. In the past they have worked pretty well on others sites that i got in to, so I'm hoping the outcome will remain the same on my site

Have a great weekend
