Ghostery a Google Killer?

INTERNET MARKETING

I just installed Ghostery in my browser and it blocks Adsense, Analytics, Google +1, DoubleClick and lots of non-google stuff too. If something like this got big enough it could take a HUGE chunk out of Google's revenue. What do you think?

I installed it and love it. Google wants to track everything I do, I block quite a few of their services and other tracking scripts in Ghostery.

Ghostery is also great for competitor analysis. You can see what they are running and gauge if it will work for you. It's also helpful to know what adnetwork a site is signed up to and build a list for each adnetwork and run ads on them.

I use Do Not Track Plus by Abine and it also works great. Firefox works a LOT faster without maxing the CPU.
