How Do You Upload Images For Mobile Devices Without Appearing Blurred?

Can someone please help with the problem of uploading images that are fine on a desktop but appear blurred on mobile devices.I assume this is a pixel issue but can someone please give a clear solution to this. Should I increase the size of the images before uploading? Is there a software to use to show images clearly on mobile devices? Any help appreciated.

    It seems the images are still loading on your mobile phone. Do you have any idea on the internet speed of your mobile device? And what is your mobile device?

      I have tried on iphone and have tried different sized images but they all seem to be poor quality. Can you tell me the best option for uploading images which are fine on a pc but appear blurred on mobile devices.

      Update: I have solved the problem by experimenting with different sized images.
