.CA and .US denied for other countries??

Hi
I am from India, Just before 5 minutes, I tried to register a .ca and .us domain. But I got a message to proove my identity that I am from US and CA to buy that domain....

So if I buy these domains by ticking any of the pop ups there showing how I am related to these countries..do I get banned from selling or hosting any website on these??

Or
Can I buy that domain, I didnt go to the last step....

Anyway to overcome this??

The register's site tells you who qualifies to register a .us or .ca domain.

Either you qualify or you don't. You say you are from India - but have U.S. in your profile here. Confusing.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Registrants of .us domains must be United States citizens, residents, or organizations, or a foreign entity with a presence in the United States.
I'm selling .us domains, not once my registrar request anything from me.
