Hi Guys I'm looking for a top-notch help desk and knowledge base solution for a new version of my main product. I currently have Kayako Support Suite and just want to make sure that there's nothing better before I make the final choice to use it for my new product version. In particular, I'm looking for excellent knowledge-base functionality with the ability to include downloads such as PDFs and video. I'd welcome your recommendations. Cheers, Neil |

Honestly i think the Kayako Support Suite is the best If you check out what other well established sites are using while you surf you will find a lot of them use this product. The only downside is the price |
