But any of those in that list don't meet my requirements:

I want an international paypal alternative that will gimme instant access to funds and will also let me withdraw money to a bank account.

Hope you can suggest me some more alternatives.

2Checkout gives you an instant access to funds and lets you to withdraw the money via Payoneer MC card or send it to a bank account.

I've noticed a lot of the bigger marketers use 2CO, I have as well but by the time I started processing larger amounts I shifted towards using an actual merchant account with the paypal payment gateway (PayFlow Pro)

I searched many threads on here but couldn't find one paypal alternative with even the simple features I listed above.

2checkout is somewhere near your requirements except that you don't get instant withdrawal. Payments are made weekly to your international account or your Payoneer account.

In addition, you can completely waive the application fee with the coupon code ETS2CO

MerchantInc.com will work for you if you are located in the US
You can accept international payments from around the world
Money are deposited directly in to your checking account (no third party holding your funds and making you transfer to your bank account)

My customer load money to my payoneer card, but payoneer asks their ID in order to complete the payment. Does it ask all my payers? If so, customers wont be happy about it.
