Animated Videos-How To?

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with how to go about making an animated video? Have you ever seen i.e. a video landing page, where someone is narrating and at the same time is writing? It's as if done on a Writing Board, where text is written, along with narration and then the text is erased and more text and more narration.

I think this is powerful way to present, but have no clue how to begin to make my own such thing.

Surely some of you are familiar.

I use Flash for animation but that obviously involves programming knowledge.

I also use the services of others on fiver.com as making your own animation is extremely time consuming.

I have also tried fiverr, but have found people offering those sorts of gigs, slow to respond.

  There's a big reason for that...it's called talent.
  
  Generally when you watch a video like the ones you are describing you are watching the results of a team effort. A team of video folks who know their craft and get paid good money to produce great results. Fiverr? Not hardly.
  
  But you need to understand that the method the video uses is secondary to getting your message across.
  
  I'm a huge fan of that style of video. But I watched one the other day and I turn it off a couple of minutes into the video because the 'whiteboarding' was superfluous and detracted from the message to the point of making the video worthless.
