Aweber Web Form Setup - Help Needed

I have just recently purchased an aweber acount and started writing some follow up emails but now need some help integrating it with my capture page. I am currently using a free version that my sponsor provided but find this pretty useless, any help appreciated

The basic idea is pretty straightforward.

Assuming you've already created the list in Aweber, make sure that list selected from the drop down box.

Click on the "Web Forms" tab.

You should see a link for "Get HTML". Click on that, and then you'll have the choice to select Javascript or HTML. Try the Javascript version and see if that meets your needs. You'll drop that code into your optin page.

True, their tutorials are really good. And I've used the live chat feature many times! Available right now, by the way. I think their help via chat is available until late afternoon (Eastern) on Saturdays.

Until you're more familiar, leave it at the Aweber default. If you're offering a freeb in exch for email/name, you can inlclude a download link in the first (immediate) email they receive
