well the main languages in the Philippines are English and Tagalog. So you may have luck finding spanish speakers elsewhere.

that being said, bestjobs.ph is a good resource for finding Filipino outsourcers.

Spanish is no longer taught in Philippine schools since the Americans went there in the 1900s. Even the Philippine based call centers have to hire people from Costa Rica and Mexico to fill out their Spanish speaking departments...

Seriously read John Jonas, expert outsourcing specialist. Also try to find Jared Crosslow's comprehensive template for how to contract with outsourcers. Maybe you can contact him through his site, clickonomics dot com.

Good luck. You really need it.

I've had luck hiring Filipinos from freelancer.com (I hope that doesn't get me flamed because of their reputation, lol) but I doubt you'll have any easy time finding Spanish speaking Filipinos. Good Luck!

    onlinejobs.ph is pretty good.

    Here are some tips though:

    1) you will have to spend time training them.

    2) You need to give them small tasks first, so you can sort the wheat from the chaff.

    3) Hire someone who is a good communicator and emails you daily or every other day.

    4) Make sure you do short camtasia videos to show them in a step by step sequence what they need to be doing. This stops them just sitting there not knowing what to do, and when you are trading $$ for time, you will get alot more work done for the money invested.

I have spent literally thousands on having outsourcers work for me and the work they do are amazing, and the profits it brings in is fantastic. Once you get a good team working for you, you will wonder why the hell you didn't do it a long time ago.

    Good luck.
