Default High Definition or Home Camcorder

I'm currently in the final stages of completing a fitness product that basically takes how I got myself in shape and boils it down to the basics.

On this I want to have heavy use of video. Do you think it would be better to hire something like a Canon 5D with a good quality lense to create high quality high def videos or use my standard camcorder? I'd like people to be able to use the content on their computer, phone, TV, etc. By going high def I think I'd be giving better value.

Thanks,
Simon

High definition.

Don't see why you would even need to ask the question. You answered your own question, it will provide higher quality.

Thanks Ryan. Some friends I've talked to about this thought it was overkill. Will just have to make sure that I light it correctly to make the most of it.

Thanks!

Nope, it shouldn't be overkill. It should be fine.

The HD just shows you are willing to go the extra mile for the customer, while others wont.

I think it is worth remembering that although we are all in this to make money, good quality products will keep customers coming back for more.

There is no point in peddling second rate materials if you want to stay in business.

Good Luck.
