How to Raise The Conversion Rate in Clickbank?

Hello, I have a website targetting 3 different keyword on weight loss. Now the 3 keywords ranked between #2 - #5 (it's still moving around that place on daily basis) & generate daily traffic around 50 visitors to my wesbites. I got around 10-15 hops daily.

And for the last 2 months, I get single sale for every two weeks, that would be 1 sales around 150 - 170 hops.
I want to ask :

1. Is it normal conversion for a clickbank weight loss products ? The last 2 weeks I got 170 hops and 1 sales.

2. How to raise the conversion rate ? So maybe I could get one sales out of 50 hops. Is it possible ?

3. Which is the better way to presell and convert best?
Well I tried to give my visitors the solution to the problem they facing, and at the end of article I put my affiliate link saying that they could boost the effects with the help of this weight loss course (I put the clickbank affiliate link here). I use no cloaking, so yeah my clickbank id is shown at the sales page. Is there any better alternatives?

    I've found that conversion rates are directly related to your quality of traffic. If you have visitors that are hungry to buy what you are offering them, the sales will take care of themselves. If you are getting visitors that are simply surfing the net and not really looking to buy anything, then you will be struggling for sales.

    So focus on getting highly targeted traffic. I use SEO, but you could use PPC or any other traffic method, as long as you do it right and go after the correct keyword.

      It could be, totally depends on your product and traffic.

      The only way would be to get more qualified traffic, presell the customer more and developing more trust before you send them to the Clickbank offer, or try a different ClickBank offer.

      I would cloak your affiliate link. I wouldn't be able to tell much else without looking at your page. Additionally, I would split-test your page with about 3 different versions that are dramatically different and track the CTR to the ClickBank offer.

    Best way to increase conversions is to find out why they are not buying.

    Is your site about loosing weight through exercise and the offer is loosing weight through diet ? Then there is a mismatch.

      Perhaps consider building a targeted email list, and send promotions to your prospects directly. Often it takes multiple exposures before a successful conversion is made. What I have found works effectively especially in such competitive niches is an autoresponder sequence of 5-12 messages almost always results in very high conversion rates - well into the upper double digits.

    You should improve on your copyrighting, though the quality of traffic also matters significantly. Traffic from email lists generally convert about 1 in every 50, unlike SEO traffic, which is on average 1 in every 100.

    For selling a weight-loss product without building a list, it's very good.

    So you must be doing a lot of things right.

    One of the big things that determines the conversion-rate is really the strength of the recommendation for the product, i.e. "how much the people trust you".

    Yes, more than possible, but probably only by establishing more credibility and trust, and the easiest and most productive way to do that is with a list.

    Prettylink is good, if you're using Wordpress. Or instead of "exposing" your hoplink, you can buy a $2 .info domain-name (but you'll need one for each product you promote) and use that instead, redirecting it from the registrar to your hoplink (no hosting needed for that domain). The important thing to avoid is an unnecessary third-party redirecting/cloaking service which you don't own (like tinyurl, bit.ly, etc.): this path is fraught with accidents and problems.

      I dislike email marketing but it looks it really work well than other methods, i'm curently apply social timeline instead of emails and by far not sales made yet.

      yes, i guess they are not very hungry to buy immediately, that's the problem
