Idea for subscription service I'm working on

Hello fellow-warriors,

I'd like to share a project I'm working on right now. Maybe some of you can set up something alike in your area.

I'm working on a website that acts as a middleman between consumers who have something they need done by a handyman. So you can think of stuff like running new electrics through your house, renovating your home, changing a wallpaper (on your actual wall, not your Facebook wall or desktop ) etc. Using my SEO experience I've created a site that's ranking higher every day to capture leads from consumers. The consumers just fill in their contact information and what needs to be done and I pass it on to handymen in the appropriate region.

So it basically looks likes this:
Consumer with a need --> Me --> Handyman

Now my country has a number of provinces so I decided to work along those lines: people let me know what province they're in and I arrange a handyman to send them an offer on the job.

Per province I arrange 2 handymen in a subscription-like way: they pay me €95 (about $125) per month to receive an unlimited amount of leads. Currently it's not that many leads but I'm aiming to send them 10-20 leads per month. They know there's only 1 competitor who also get the info on the job from the consumer, so little competition.

I've already received some leads from consumers and I already have my first actual client - a handyman from one of the provinces paying me the amount I set.

In my case my country has 12 provinces, so my aim is have 24 handymen paying $125 each = $3.000/month total. For that I arrange leads and send those to them.

I hope this idea may inspire some of you to set up something similar in your region. It's actually a pretty easy set-up and all it takes is getting pages with contact-forms indexed and ranked.

Sorry it turned into such a wall of text but I just wanted to share this .

If any of you have ideas on how to improve my plan/strategy please let me know!

Thanks for reading and good luck,

Stealth

How many fields does the form have? I guess this is the key to gaining as many qualified leads as poss.
