What Would You Want To See On Your Homepage As An Internet Marketer?

Hey warriors,

I had an idea to create a homepage for
Internet marketers like you and me.

I wanted to ask you...

How do you want to start your day? What tools do you want to see on the website in order to save it as your homepage?

Maybe links to some affiliate networks like Clickbank, Plimus, etc... Or maybe to CPA networks?

Maybe you're starting your day checking some stats, Google keyword tool, domain finder?

I already have the domain and the site setup, I just want to add more ideas to the page. I really want this website to go viral, so the site should fit any Internet marketer.

I'll be happy to hear any idea, and I promise to implement the best ideas and use them in the new website.

I wouldn't mind seeing news that relates to IM aggregated on one site specifically. It would save the trouble of going through Google news, and various other sources.

My advice is take a few pages from the book of Mark Joyner and his insanely popular service:

    Simpleology

A home page, in my opinion, should be like a layout for your life with all your goals in front of you. That's kind of what his service does, plus gives you mindset training to keep you focused.

If you can make something successful like this and aim it exclusively at IM, I applaud you.

Well, by all means you'll need to put, and I suggest using a big huge font/medallion, those "As Seen On Google", "As Seen On Yahoo", etc., total trust builders.

Because nothing builds credibility like seeing those things plastered on a webpage.

      J/K

I'm most likely not your target audience, but perhaps if you have access to a newsfeeder that allows you to follow the latest news gossip about Big Brother and his attempts to tax/shut down/restrict/interfere with business as it relates to online activities, that might draw some eyeballs.

Probably not as much as cleavage, so you may want to do some testing.

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

Tools and nothing but tool. For sure you want time management apps like to do list and timers for productivity; that is the main problem with those new to IM. A section where users can add their favorite sites and resources would be cool but make easy to access like right in front of them. Easy social share tools to upload content to like fb and twitter without leaving the page, as they are both distractions to IMer's who dont use them as part of their business like me haha.

A site where I could put all of my favorite pages and store passwords to the pages to automatically log me in.

Thanks for all the great ideas! I think that Dennis understand exactly what I'm going to do with this site, because the ideas he's giving look pretty relative to the concept.

    Any other ideas?

Dennis 09 has mentioned several important points.

I would like to add if there is an option to get a list of hot keywords for the day, may be there will be an option to choose your niche first. They will be scrolling like live data for any given niche, now it is up to a marketer to play around with them.

    Regards.
