New Website for Each Variation of a Keyword Or One Site With More Pages?

So The title pretty much says it all.

I have a few long tail keywords that are really just various ways to say the same phrase.

I dont see this becoming an authority site so should I just make an individual site with each keyword as the domain? Exact .coms are not available for any of them but variations are available.

I would create a blog with a post for each keyword but then the 5-6 pages would just be completely repetitive.

Each keyword has enough volume but I'm not sure I can get to the first page of google unless I use the keyword in the domain, title, meta and backlink appropriately.

Thanks in advance

    Hey Josh,

If every keyword is just a variation of the others, then just buy an EMD (exact match domain) or as close as you can get, to the keyword with the largest search volume.

Then build your blog incorporating those keywords -

Every post you write should be keyword focused and then link and share them all over the web.

    Hope that answers your question!

If you're going to go down the route of creating multiple sites around the same keyword, make sure you have some SEO hosting that'll offer you different IPs... You don't want the 'Big G' penalising you.

    Get some exact match domains.

I find it's far easier to rank and attract good numbers of visitors to one site with pages (or posts if you have a blog), dedicated to variations of your keyword. In the end you will create a site with much more authority.
