Commission Junction not working
Hi,
I have become a member of CJ but I keep getting emails from vendors trying to get me to sell their product. At the bottom of the email there is a link to edit my messaging preferences so I can stop this from happening, I click on it and it takes me to the mail settings page.
The problem is the page is mostly blank (no details to change) and when I click on Support Center or Help nothing happens.
I have loaded this page in 4 different browsers on 2 computers with the same result. Pop up blockers are turned off.
Other issues include: Many links not working (e.g. Payment status). Having to log in nearly every time I click on a link. Images missing when choosing a banner etc.
As I cannot use the Support Center I have no idea what to do and Googleing has turned up a blank.
Any ideas?
