    Promote their competition...

Another way around is to set up a new domain that meets their guidelines, get approved then redirect your existing traffic to the new pre-sales page.

You don't even need to add an extra step.

Do a 301-Redirect from the existing domain to the new domain, OR if the site contains more than one page, I would set up the .htaccess to grab the current URL and redirect to that URL on the new site.

People will land on your current page and be carried immediately to the new location, so it will be seamless to your users.

The 301-Redirect is what Google and the other search engines advise for pushing rankings to new pages.

Excellent advice! This is why the Warrior Forum is so great. Without this advice who knows what might have happened...

If you do the 301-redirect, then your old site will automatically carry the visitor to the new site.

They seem to be protecting their trademark, by forcing you to change the way you promote your business -- i.e. using their product name in your domain.

Once the 301-redirect is in place, when they type the old url, they will only see the new url.

Be honest with them when re-applying. Tell them what you have done, and I am sure you will find them more open to reinstating you.
