A lot of Projects + Tips on Handing

Anyone ever suffer from the problem that you have a lot of projects you want to get up and running? These are fairly big projects as well. I have planned my time well, and I have a lot of free time to juggle them, but its pretty overwhelming knowing the amount of work I have to put in to make them a success.

I have a good mixture too:

A Language Learning Site
A Games Website
A Travel Related Website
An Online Shop + Related Blog
General Amazon Review Type Site

Over time I can knock off the Online Shop and Amazon Review Site when I get them up and running properly. (Or at least time working on the online shop once it becomes self-sufficient).

I am also using around 30 mins a day to identify future passive income sites which I can build.

Coupled with my Fiverr Gigs for writing articles/forum posting I am putting in fairly large days (although I don't work longer than 9 hours a day as I need social time as well although overtime the amount of time a day will increase)

I have planned my days out on Outlook using the calender function so I know exactly what I have to do for each day and how long it SHOULD take to do it at a maximum so I can really focus on what I need to accomplish for that day (All planned around a week in advance)

Anyone else have any tips on taking on a number of projects over this amount of time.

Ryan, it is great you have a plan. Based on my experience, you must decide your priorities (#1, #2...) and be focus to do one at a time, than move to the next.

I would start with the less time consuming project to have it up and running for producing some money, then move to the next less time consuming project, etc.

Be sure you did a serious niche research and there is good commercial interest (traffic without commercial interest will not make any money).

    Good luck with your projects.

I have to agree with Myri

I often find myself working on this then moving onn to something else while not finishing the other things I needed to do in the first place. Decie which of these is the best way to reach your goals more comfortably and realistically, then focus on the one thing.

    imho

You sound very well organised I have similar challenges I am an ideas guy I have many products websites and outside the square niche websites but Im only one guy and really can only effectively focus on one thing at one time. So what I Do is quickly take a project as far as I can go and maximise my time and outsource to leverage the rest. It helps obviously if you have money. If I had to give myself some advise from my experience now I would Oliver focus on one project (the one that is going to bring results the quickest) and stick at until its completed.

Every time you start a new project you are postponing your existing projects completion dates.
