How many articles directory will you submit to?

Hello Warriors,

Hope all is well on your side.

Please help me and newbies on article submission as it is quite confusing.

after you write your article
1] how many article directories will you submit to?
2] which directories do you submit to?
3] do you rewrite your article for each directory?

Warriors feedback will be appreciated as it will help us understand on what we should do.

Thanks in Advance

I may only submit to ezine articles and go articles.... after that you are waisting your time.

Then I spend time syndicating articles to high traffic sites, journals, magazines, blogs etc. That gets alot better results than spamming article directories.

How does one go about syndicating?

3 of the best article directories I've been using: goarticles.com, ezinearticles.com and articlesbase.com. I've noticed some traffic from these sites.

Yes, you're definitely better off submitting to these major sites as opposed to writing or spinning hundreds of articles and submitting them to dozens of worthless or low quality directories.

Also, I don't think you should submit a 100% unique article to all of these. You can easily get away with submitting the same 2-3 times at different directories.

Spend time on creating your OWN site's content instead.

Generally it's only one article directory - EZA if any at all. Mostly my articles are syndicated in niche ezines/newsletters, websites/blogs, and offline outlets such as magazines, trade journals, newspapers, etc. The intent is to get my articles directly in front of targeted eyeballs which drives highly convertible traffic to my sales funnel. Google has never purchased any of my products, so it's easy to know who to write for.

    Ezine Articles.

    Sometimes GoArticles or ArticleBase.

No - that would be a total waste of time.

The important thing is to understand clearly what an article directory is and the purpose it serves.

Many people don't, but "how to use them and gain anything" can only follow that understanding.

I think posts #2 and #6 of this thread will help you a lot in that regard. http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ries-work.html

I bought an article from content writer and submit to ezine and goarticles. Also make sure that you submit to dofollow directory to gain good rank. Rewriting is a must, try TBS to make life easier.

Instead of wasting your time with article directories, half of which are deindexed, why don't you do this instead:

    1. Submit to the main article directories
    2. Submit any other content to niche blogs as a guest blog post
    3. Go on Fiverr and have people remake your articles as videos, and submit them to youtube. Youtube ranks like crazy.

      That's exactly what I do.

I only submit to the main directories, first to ezine, then rewritten (manually!!!) versions to other directories. I always bookmark these submissions once they are approved, and then I create a related video and upload it to YouTube.

When you say submit to "Main Directories" do you submit the same article to all three directories (eza, articlebase, goarticles) under the same author name? Or do you re-write and submit different versions to different directories? If you put the same article on all three sites wouldn't most of them be added to Googles secondary index and not provide any link juice? Or is it possible to increase the PR on three different articles with the same content and they all provide powerful link juice to your site?

        Yes, that's right.

        No, that isn't right.

The linkjuice from a backlink attached to an article on a given page of the web, which is indexed in the supplemental index is exactly the same as the linkjuice from a backlink attached to an article on that same page which is indexed in the main index. Several factors affect the linkjuice, but "where it's been indexed" isn't one of them (and actually couldn't be).

But who cares, anyway? These are PR-0, non-context-relevant backlinks. 100,000 of those "backlinks" and $3.50 will buy you a cappuccino at Starbuck's. There's no value in using article directories for their own backlinks. That's not what they're there for at all.

Only at the risk of (a) being outranked by an article directory () and (b) facing the dreadful situation that potential customers might find an article directory copy of your article and swan off there (where we all lose most of the traffic) instead of coming straight to your own site. No article marketer wants this to happen?

Don't prefer submitting 1 article at more than 1 place, So submit main article to ezine articles, in rest article directories used spun articles ( created from fresh article ) it gives about 60% approval rate which is fair enough without duplicate content.
Normally do 100 submission per article ( with 99 spun copies )

So far it worked well to get better rankings..
