Please help, I am stuck in niche

I am desperate to find a niche and related keyword. It seems all niches and keywords are over saturated for me. My brain is not working. Please give me your valuable suggestion. I am interested in sports, health, or solar energy.

Thanks

Put those 3 on a piece of paper, stick them in a hat, and swoosh it around. Pick one.

Then, take the one that you picked, and make a list of sub-niches within it - IE if you picked sports, then make a paper with baseball, soccer, football, etc.

Then do it again, put them all in a hat and swish them around and pick one.

Keep narrowing down as far as you can. You will find it is easier to start smaller and then work on expanding more into the niche than to start at the top and cover every aspect all at once. You will also find things looking less and less saturated the more refined you get.

Each of the niches you listed above have huge and endless possibilities.

Jill, I love your strategy. It's definitely not the most refined, but it's a great tactic to get you started.

I used to flip a coin when I couldn't make a hard decision. Sometimes I'd think to myself "man, I wish it'd landed on tails instead of heads". If that happened, I'd just go with my gut and do that tails option anyway. haha..

Works wonders, sometimes, when you can't decide because every option is a good one ;-).

        Cheers,
        -Adrian

Here is an easy way to find a lot of niches in a short time.

    1.Go to Google keyword tool
2.Enter search term (How to get rid of, how to cure, how to stop) and other variations [One at a time]
    3.Click search
4.Ta-da!~~ Now you have tons of niche to choose from.
5.List down all the niche (do not just copy and paste all, write it down manually because there are a lot of duplicates)
    6. USe the niche to do keyword research

    Hope this helps you!

Finding a niche that will make you money is easy. If a niche has advertisers and competition, then that's a niche that makes money. Market research is far, far more than just doing keyword research.

You need to analyze the competition, find out how they are monetizing their websites, and come up with a strategic business plan on how you're going to compete.

For the most part, saturation is a myth because it's very rare that a person or organization dominates all the channels of distribution.

You'd probably get too much in your head because everyone is telling different story. Start picking up any keyword and go for it. You'll learn by doing and know what works best for you and what's not.

Everyone is different when it comes to keyword research, but only you know what best for you. Good luck.

The best place to find keywords is google keyword tool and make sure, you have filtered out with local searches and CPA to get better keywords. Also, check the market samurai for seo competition and choose only that easy to rank, otherwise money and time will be wasted!

Sports, health and solar energy are not niches. They are markets. Do you understand the difference?

Sports is a market. Brazilian jiu jitsu gis and training are a niche within that market.

Health is a market. Gout remedies is a niche within that market.

Solar energy is a market. DIY solar kits is a niche within that market.

Maybe you should start your search looking through niches and not markets and then come back and ask some real questions.

Your niche should be whatever you are the most passionate about. That way, you actually enjoy leanring, and creating stuff related to it.

Log into Amazon and browse through, pick 5-10 products and start doing keyword research. If continue with this method I am sure you will find a good niche to go into.

I say outsource it if it's draining you so bad. I do have to say that I think solar power is going to be huge - even bigger than it already is - so maybe you should concentrate on that.

unless you want to use market samurai to make your life easier, you can breakdown the niche by categoty. Example Sport (basball ticket, baseball Cap, cheap baseball bat) etc..., that is the only way you will find less competion keyword.

Always go with a niche that you actually care about - it makes everything a whole lot more fun.

What do you like? Cars? Boxing? Golf? Bird watching?
