Question about deleting a blog that was hit by Panda. Please Help

Hi guys, heres my issue:

One of my blogs got hit by Panda on October of last year. It hasnt recovered and Im thinking about doing the following:

- Ask Google to remove all of its content from the google index/serps and basically delete the blog

- Setup a new blog about the same niche/topic on a different domain , but heres my question: can I repost the articles from the old blog on to the new blog ?

Will a copy paste of articles work or will it be treated as dupe content and subject to penalty? How many days does it take for Google to totally delete and forget about the content of my old blog ?

Would you rather recommend me deleting the old blog and starting a new one with fresh content ? (even though I will use the same old blog´s KW´s for each fresh article as theyre the best ranking KWs for this niche)

Im pretty sure the old blog got Panda´d because I abused AMR and other programs due to my lack of experience at that time, but now I know exactly what not to do and what to do to ensure long term success in the SERPS.

Please help out , what do you recommend ? thanks !

Think about what you are asking here... If your website got hit by Panda then what good would it do if you copy-pasted the content to a different domain? Isn't that why you got hit in the first place?

    What is AMR
