Hi all Im new to this and I have a domain 60,000 exact match

Hi all,
2 days ago I acquired a domain which has 60,000 exact matches on google keyword tool.
I have now submitted it to google and its indexed, but no content yet as its new.

How much could I get for this domain realistically as it has 60,000 global exact searches, and 40,000 UK searches.

thanks in advance.

What is the domain name? I normally wouldn't ask but if you already own it and are wanting to sell it would be hard to know without the keyword.

The domain probably isn't worth more than you paid for it. Especially because it has the word "free" in it.

You have a domain that has the potential to make money... But you are too lazy to build a site and want a quick buck from the domain?

Truth be told... You'll be lucky to get what you paid for it.

People want to buy WEBSITES that either get traffic already/make money.

You have a domain that has the POTENTIAL to rank high, get traffic and make money... It is doing NOT ONE of these.

Yeah, what they /\ said. Do some research on flippa into what type of development you need to give the site before you a monetize it b/ sell it

You ARE NOT indexed. Signing up to G doesn't mean you are indexed. It means when they get around to it they will index you if they find anything to index and what I see on your site now could easily get skipped over.

Delete the hello world post and sample page as hackers are scraping for those two all the time.

The "free" in the string is not a great thing. Not the end of the world either .. just a lot of people using the term doesn't have buying on their mind.

If you could find something relevant as bait you could build a list and try to turn them into buyers but my G search is not showing any PPC ads .. not a good sign.

The only thing i would even think about using the domain for would be a second tier link in a traffic funnel pointed to a money site and that could be an uphill battle because someone has promoted the dot info in the number one position rather hard.

The info site does have a product on it ... follow that products trail and see if you can find the money.

In my opinion which is only "my" opinion .. scrap it.

since it is a .net and was just registered this week i would say the domain is worthless. this is a domain that would have to be developed to have any value. there are tons of high searched keyword domains that are available to register in extensions other than .com

Why are you convinced the net is "worthless" ?

I wouldn't go that far - just because it is a net domain.

I do find merit in the other details mentioned by others.

If the name says "free" and "streaming" then whoever builds the site would have to deliver such things or people are not gonna be happy.

Good luck with finding free football you can stream on your website.

    Who knows, never say never.

I agree you're better having something behind the domain. Preferably what your domain states. The main issue to be very careful with is filling the site with links to illegal football streams. I can only speak about football (soccer) streaming sites in Europe but the copyright holders are very hot on persons promoting illegal streams of matches. At best you'll be asked to remove them. At worst they'll try to get your site blacklisted from hosts. Then you'll have a real problem selling the domain.
