Flippa question...

So I have a question about selling my site on Flippa...

I have a PR 2 site in a profitable niche (I've made $ in it before) with 100 pages of unique content. Each page has 500+ words...

Here's the thing...The site makes 0 money because it doesn't get any traffic...

Is it worth anything at all?

I would think a person that is willing to put the time into acquiring rankings would value the site....I mean, there is A LOT of unique content on the site....

Personally, I don't have the time to work on it...With good rankings for a few keywords you could make some serious money with both AdSense and Amazon...

Worth selling on Flippa? Is there a market on there for a site like this?

    Ofcourse there are... You shouldn't expect people that would pay you more than $500 though. I recommend you do some good link building on it.

    If you don't have time, Outsource with someone for cheap and make it #1 and you can sell it for $300 easily. Well, thats just my opinion though.

      Everything is done- keyword research, 100 pages of quality content, on page SEO, etc...Just no links and no rankings.

      If the buyer knew what they were doing they could just rank it and bank...

        Absolutely not. How much you make from that site? Whats the traffic? 0.

        It's actually 10x or 15x what you earn from a site. Well, you earn $0 frorm your site = You can sell it for $300 max because its established. But just think about it, Spend $50 - $100 on it for SEO and then flip it for $500 - $800.

    Unique content in your website is very important, nonetheless, it's also important to have high quality backlinks.. NOT spam backlinks like 100,000 blog commenting, mass forum profile etc..

    Since you've 100 over unique articles, just give yourself 1 - 2 months to do a little backlinks here and there and I'm pretty sure you'll get ranked faster than you think..

    And 1 last question about your 100 over unique content, did you post it on your website/blog to have it indexed by google FIRST before posting them to article directories?

    It's important for you to post these unique articles to your blog/website first before submitting them to article directories..

    If the content is high quality, there's some value in that, but on Flippa, buyers value traffic and income far more. I've personally bought sites for the unique content, but that's not the norm.

    If the content is unique and if you done google index... its enough to get ranking. But shd make few back links with pr sites
