can anyone suggest best site to create an Affiliate Program

i want to start a affiliate program for my services as suggested by a warrior.
but the problem is that i dont know much about affiliate programs.
can any one suggest the best website for creating and managing affiliate programs.
do i have to pay to the companies or they will deduct their expenses or commission form sale.

    I dont know what website plateform your using, but if you are using wordpress.

    There are plugins that do this for you, that you can manage and control with %`s as well.

    Type in "affiliate plugins" and you`ll see a few. The plugins are all free too. You may have to change your theme, depending what it needs.

    Example: Woothemes, is needed to use and functional properly.

    I use 1SC (1shoppingcart) and it manages all affiliate sign ups and creates a login for each affiliate to access their affiliate links and the banners we created for them.

    It also has an easy 1-push-button to press to pay all your affiliates on the 15th of the month automatically.

    We use iDevAffiliate - iDevAffiliate - Affiliate Tracking Software - Affiliate Program Software

    On the most part I would recommend purely for the fact that it's a decent piece of software for an affordable price. The problem is, is that you really do need to learn how to recruit affiliates and manage the program. There are large networks out there with huge amounts of affiliates, but they're quite pricey, especially if you go the managed route. I'd honestly start with in house program, recruit your current customers into it and offer a 2nd tier commission so they spread the word as well.
