Blogger need help on template here URGENTLY

hello please can anyone render a help for me on how to change my template in blogspot blogger? I have ben trying it with all the steps i have been seeing but when i have to save the templates, Blogger take takes me to an error page and asking me to do somethings i dont even understand.

Please can anyone help me here, i need this help urgently. I really want a three column template but it has not been coming as i have been explained to at all. please help.

Sometimes when you try to change templates other than the ones that they offer right there at Blogger, you have to use IE browser.

I have Firefox and when I try to upload custom XML templates I get error messages. I have figured out it is usually "Expand Widgets" which is good idea to do before uploading and close out your Firefox and try it with IE.

Those are the only options I know. If you try those and your problem continues then I would not be able to help and you would need to find the answer at the Google Blogger help.
