How to set-up once-usage PayPal buttons, or add to cart PayPal buttons on WarriorForum?

I have several mini sites that I want to sell on WarriorForum here.
I want to add a PayPal button that works one only time, so that the visitors know whether a particular site is available or not.
Or add-to-cart buttons, where it's possibility for bulk pricings, and the visitors know whether a particular site is available or not.
And I want to add these PayPal buttons next to each website.
Maybe I could just say "Pay the amount, and PM me the transaction ID and the sites you want". But with that some would purchase the same sites, and then I had the other buyers refunds. And I think a lot of buyers doesn't feel safe to pay even they know they'll get the refund.
