Recommended products/courses for list building?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi there.
I just want to ask if there were any great products or courses you may have used that really helped in building your list or any else that you may know of. I'm currently a member at Chris Farrell's membership site, although I found that his traffic video course wasn't very useful as it is a little out of date (after Google's Panda update, for example) and very VERY vague during some of the modules. I've heard of Kim Roach's Market Lab but it's probably designed specifically for traffic, not list building (although I know traffic is what we need to build our list but I'm afraid some topics such as JV online giveaways may not be covered).

I just looked him up and apparently Tellman Knudsen has a very bad reputation. =\

  He has a very bad haircut !!!
  
  (Well had, actually, he's cut it off now.)
  
  He's one of Shawn Casey's former students I believe. And went from zero to a big earner in a very short amount of time.
  
  I've been on his mailing lists and I didn't notice anything particularly bad about what he emails out. But I've never bought anything from him.

Here is someone with good reputation - Chris Farrell. Nice guy overall, and his lessons
are very simple and easy to follow even for the complete beginner.

But as I've already said I'm already a member and I feel some of his some of his modules in his traffic course are either outdated (such as the article marketing module before Google's Panda update happened) or too vague (like his JV online giveaways module). Sure they're great, but I'm just wondering if there's any product or course that's specified for traffic and list building that is also very reputable.

Sorry for not reading carefully, I read "Kim Roach" and somehow skipped Chris Farrell

You have a point that Chris has somewhat neglected his membership site, I guess
that is because he is working a lot with his new program "Chris mentor me".

I wouldn't recommend any products I didn't personally use, but there is a huge amount
of excellent free information here on WF and on other places as well.

Mary, My improve eyesight website is an absolute disaster actually. I've made the mistake of making a 'sniper website' before actually building a list. I've started a new website on the weight loss niche, this time following Chris Farrell's course. The only reason I'm a little reluctant from linking to it in my sig is that I'm using a pen name rather than my actual name.

Exel, I've actually downloaded your Money Is In Your List ebook in your sig and skipped immediately to the traffics section. That's actually some really useful stuff you got there! (although I wish you would have elaborated a little bit more in the JV giveaways sub-section).

StunningWarrior, I've seen a couple of threads or so about Tellman Knudsen and they all apparently seem to be very negative! Here's one of the recent ones I've read: *never mind... can't post links yet*

  I have seen the opening video of Kim Roach's Marketing Lab and she mentions about generatin 5000 subscribers in 30 days...
  
  Check it out on buzzblogger dot com right corner towards the bottom... (It has no affiliate program so the link above is a direct product link.
  
  I have been a subscriber of hers for a while and feel that she genuinely shares value. It is priced at 39$ a month after the initial trial of 1$ for 14 days.

These are awesome. I would add to the list Autoresponder Magic by Coby Wright. He invites all his customers into a free skype group where we chat about all things list building.

Yaro Starak, Zac Johnson, John Chow, Gideon Shalwick.

They are people that helped me 'come up'.

I would recommend Coby Wright's product and also the Lightening Fast List Builder by Phil Ainsworth also has some great training. Both are WSOs and can be found on here with a simple search.
