Has anyone had this problem with Camtasia?
I am having a weird issue with Camtasia today. I recorded a Powerpoint presentation and imported it to edit in Camtasia. I can see both the video (slides) and audio tracks. But, when I play the preview, I can only hear the audio. I don't see any of the video. A few minutes ago, I played it and saw the video but couldn't hear the audio.
This is the first time this has happened. I even closed and reopened the software.
Any ideas?
