How Can Newbies Use Email To Manage NetMarketing & Affiliate Progams

I am beginning to see that if one is does not initially organize oneself by knowing how to organize oneself with email accounts before starting to market online there will be problems....

1) With affiliate programs and email accounts how should one approach oneself in this area

2) Should one open different email accounts for each and every affiliate program if so then when should one be considering opening new email accounts at what points and for what reasons or just one if so what are pros and cons of each

3) Should one use email accouts from google, hotmail or from one's hosting accounts and why

4) Can I open as many email accounts from the yahoo, hotmail, google or do they limit me to one only with my real name or rather will i have to use fictitious different names to create multiple email accounts the well known email providers

There seem to be different components to operating a online business, newsletters, autoresponder accounts, sales leads, actual online sales etccc so what does this all mean open many multiple email accounts
