Error Message with Video?

I recently switched my sales video host from bluehost to amazon cloudfront.
However, a large number of people are getting a quicktime error message in place of the video.

it is a .mp4 file and i am using jw player with optimize press.

has anyone experienced this or know why it is happening?

    I just tried it on my iPad. No play, no error. Just black.

    Is it h.264 mp4?

    Re-encode with handbrake at HandBrake (free). Upload again. It needs to work on iPads.
