RSS Generator - any suggestions?

I have used a free RSS generator and ping service at Free RSS Submit Tool Online on BulkPing.com

can anyone suggest another service that allows you to combine links and create an RSS feed?
Sometimes their rss link doesn't validate.

Can FeedBurner do it? That's the only RSS tool I've used, and it's always worked perfectly for me.

I use Feedburner like Ross said. And it's very simple and easy to get one. It also works with an .xml extension.
